How are appointment payments handled?

Because completion of payment is required before bookings can be reserved, your payment will be captured at the time of your appointment booking.  

You will select your appointment time for the lesson before you make your purchase. 

Via the booking site or a confirmation/reminder notification, you may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to one day in advance without penalty. "No-shows" (or cancellations within the 24 hour period ahead of the originally scheduled time) will not be refunded or rescheduled.
